Where to find Troverlo's mobile app for Android

Troverlo's Mobile App for Android can be found ont he Google Play Store.

The Troverlo mobile app supports Android versions 10-14

1. Download the Troverlo mobile app from the Google Play Store at: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.troverlomobileapp
   1. Or you can search for Troverlo on the Google Play Store
      
2. Click on install
   
3. Log in by entering your username (email) and password
   
4. The mobile app will then call the Troverlo Data platform to get your latest observation for your Assets
5. Click on the "All Access" box to set the location permissions
   
6. Please click on "While using this app" option and leave the selector on "Precise"
   
7. Next click on the "Allow all the time" option - this will give you the best results for creating Observations of your tags from the Troverlo Mobile app
   
   1. The Troverlo app collects location data to use for Assets observed when the app is running, closed, or not in use through a "Listener." The Listener will never record the location of your phone, only the Assets.
8. Now you are back to the observation page
   
9. You will be asked to allow Troverlo to send you notifications. The only notification we will send you is to put an icon in your notification panel when the "Listener" is running.

    1. This notification pane is a convenient way to manage the app - just click on it and it will take you to the Application Info dialog where you can launch the app, force stop, change permissions, manage notifications, etc
       
12. You are now ready to use the Troverlo App!

See your latest Asset location, manage your Assets, manage Asset Groups, update your Profile information and listen for Troverlo's tags to create Asset Observations.
